Your Institution
It’s not even a thing to negotiate because it’s as important as it sounds. There is no way to request a service if your institution does not allow you. You must make sure that you do not have any postponements or other problems with your institution.
Also, be sure to complete the NYSC mobilization form. Some higher institutions require graduates from their school to complete the form at the Department of Student Affairs. Not all schools do this, but you just need to confirm that you are on the safe side

JAMB_Regularization
This is now JAMB Late Application, but was previously called * Regularization *. This allows applicants who are at any institution but do not have a JAMB registration number to pay between Jamb and your institution.
Therefore, if you do not have a JAMB registration number or if your admission does not come directly from JAMB, your name will not appear on the NYSC mobilization list.

You are 30 years old *
I’m sure you already know that once you’re 30 years old before you graduate from your institution, you can’t go for the NYSC service. Your exemption letter, which is a letter that will tell you that the NYSC has given you permission to proceed, will be on your dashboard.
If you are already 30 years old before you graduate from your institution, you will not be spending the next 12 months in a foreign country. You can go ahead and apply for a job or start your business or do whatever you want with your exemption letter.
Declaration of Results / Statement Of Results
If you have already graduated from an institution and do not have your certificate or transcript ready, you will not be able to opt for the NYSC service. Reporting your result is very important to NYSC and if you do not have it you will not be allowed to stay in NYSC Orientation Camp.
