Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Location: Nigeria
Report to: GM – Business Development & Supply Chain

Overall Purpose of the Role

  • To assist with the attainment of company’s business growth objectives, articulating new business development opportunities in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas Industry and compiling bids and collecting projects data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop technical and commercial knowledge of all our product offerings and services.
  • Contribute to the attainment of the company’s business development strategies.
  • Identify immediate and long-term needs by clients for company’s products and services on such projects.
  • Arrange meetings between E&P Companies and our partners.
  • Liaise between the company and key agencies in the industry such as NAPIMS, DPR etc.
  • Manage day to day relationships with partners and clients and develop a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Identify application areas on client sites and make appropriate proposal on the benefits and usage of the products.
  • Generate work orders, Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Effectively manage each customer account to ensure sales targets are fully achieved
  • Collate and communicate business intelligence
  • Ensure full payment for all supplies and services
  • Reconcile customers’ accounts and ensure proper documentation
  • Provide regular updates on plans and progress

Person Specification

  • A good University Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development in the Upstream subsector of the oil and gas industry

Required Competencies:

  • Ideal candidate should have met at least a USD2.5 million annual sales target
  • A good knowledge of up-coming and on-going key projects in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas Sector.
  • Proven clients account management experience in the Upstream sector of Nigeria’s Oil and Gas industry.

Job Title: Senior Procurement Service Advisor

Location: Nigeria
Report to: AM – Supply Chain / GM – BD & Supply Chain

Overall Purpose of Job

  • Providing procurement advisory support with little or no supervision in the Upstream Sector of the Nigeria Oil & Gas Industry

Responsibilities
Executing the following with little or no supervision and having the ability to bring a new entrant up to speed:

  • Request for Quotations (RFQs), Electronic RFXs processing, and management.
  • Managing suppliers of materials.
  • Ensure effective documentation of documents relating to each transaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive filing system; soft and hard copies.
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality of company documents.
  • Provide follow-up to customers on outstanding receivables.
  • Assist to ensure effective management of logistics on all orders.
  • Ensure reports on accounts are produced and disseminated as and when due.
  • Error-free computation of cost (Ex-works and DDP) of goods on MS Excel.
  • Processing Requests for Quotation (RFQ) received on assigned accounts.
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers.
  • Validating purchase order documents.
  • Follow up on all submitted RFQs.
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders on all RFQS and purchase orders (POs).

  • First Degree in a numeric discipline e.g. Engineering / Sciences, Economics, Statistics, etc

Job Title: Project Analyst

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring the assembly of PPEs materials and consumables for all Projects.
  • Assist in the review of ALL tender documents and compile materials required for the bid.
  • Assist in ensuring the timely packaging of Pre-qual bids, technical and commercial tenders.
  • Placing a copy of each bid quotation on file and submitting to the client on time.
  • Ensuring the electronic control of documents.
  • Ensure that delivered products are within the client’s quality expectation
  • Ensure that projects meet targets and deadlines as set by BOG/ Clients.
